Ocarina Networks said Wednesday it closed a second round of funding with $20 million. San Jose-based Ocarina said the round was led by Palo Alto-based JAFCO Ventures. Also participating were first-round funders Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Highland Capital Partners, which both have offices in Menlo Park.
